Weekend spent on shopping for the dulangs was great. We ended our Sunday with a backseat full of shopping bags.
My wedding ring, is gorgeous.
Cant wait for the bracelet, Love. *winks*
Our Saturday at Kampung jawa, we went to search for the perfect kain for our "sembah-sembah" (the visiting of relatives, usually a few days or weeks after the wedding). And as usual, Love helped me out. Not only that, he did the bargaining too. He was damn good with this that he even impressed the pakcik there.
The pakcik then said to me, "Untung awak. Awak pergi shopping, pilih-pilih terus duduk tepi, kasi dia handle harga. Tak banyak laki pandai bebual macam gini."
Oh yes uncle, i know that. :)
Shopping plus eating good food, my favourite combination i must say.
But nothing beats lazing my Sunday afternoon away at Love's house, chatting with my future mommy-in-law and sister-in-law, looking at old photos and laughing at them, talking bout traditions and all, and getting to know more about Love's childhood... not forgetting the good food I always have when im there too. *smiles*
And we ended the weekend with a great movie, which i laughed my heart out even before the movie begins, coz i was asked for my ic. heh.
