Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde

Doesnt it saddens you to realise that no matter how convinced you are that you know the person inside out, it turns out that you actually do not. That feeling of "whats next?" will be at the back of your mind all the time . And you just simply do not know whom to believe and hence you believe everything or everyone else except that person you thought you knew, and that puts you in a fragile position and due to the vulnerabilities which you knew you are facing with, you subconsciously numbed yourself until you cant really know how you feel about it anymore.
such an ugly situation it is, and no one, deserves to be in that situation.
but it is a phase isnt it?
that is part and parcel of a relationship, knowing much more about somebody else.
It doesnt have to be scary shit all the time, it could be funny and interesting and surprisingly sweet and a little unexpected.
Im serious.
so cheer up and think of the brighter side of life, with him, i mean.
What you know now, was what he was then.
Though i strongly believe the pasts maketh the man now.
Give him the credit for being honest, but tell him the truth that THAT fact is not amusing.
And seriously, to say "At least i know now, and i wont do it in the future" is another lame excuse beside " im a man, i need to know everything ". yar yar.
I hope im not mocking any guys out there, but im seriously laughing when i typed that out.
And i think you better come out with better arguments than " i think you've changed" or " you stopped doing this and that now" coz you'll only be shot down by one phrase answer "you dont appreciate what ive been doing".
But hey, if you stopped doing what youve been doing like since the one month you and you get together, tell me again, what is it that you've been doing?(of coz im referring to the xtra2 things man does that differentiate him from other men)
So that goes into another issue of laid-back men.
Haiyah, what's new?
Actually im very tired but somehow i couldnt sleep.
Was amused thinking of the above issue faced by someone close, but i believe its an issue for everyone in a relationship.
I have my fair share of findings too.
Like how irrational a guy could be once you punctured his ego,
how nice it feels to walk around and hold that someone's hand like you used to then,
the thin line between because of love or because of patience,
and how deadly a simple smile can be.
hurhur.
whatever it is, i just LOVE karma.
i love the way it comes running back to bite your ass.
fantastic.
