So on friday was supposedly to be a dinner with baby's family at JB.. But since baby's company's exhibition ended late, and his sis happened to forget to bring her hp to work and thus the communication distortion, baby had to rush all the way from spore expo to geylang(to pick his mom n dad) and to westmall to pick me, and went back to his house, to pick his sis.. Baby was super tired.. but seeing me in baju kurung did lightened him up a lil.. well alot.. haha. So me was in baju kurung and kept getting disturbed by TAT CERTAIN SOMEONE who kept on saying "Baru balik ngaji kak?".. argh!!!!! Such an irritating toot. hehe
Dinner wasnt at JB.. We went to Adams Road instead.. I was trying hard not to smile too much to baby, coz just the nite b4, me n baby went there to eat sup daging and mee hailam(which was too masin for me).. Was kempunan for rojak n satay then.. n wheeeeeeee.. i got to eat those at last with him and his family..
Baby's family was fun and super friendly to begin with. I didnt feel awkward or out of place.. I didnt even had to try hard to fit in.. It was funny too to see baby n his younger sister exchanged scarsms non-stop.. Dua2 kepala granite(especially baby who was determined to be the one and only person who was right bout everything).. haha.. Dah besar2 nak kahwin pun macam budak2 jugak.. :P But the best was definitely baby's dad. I could see that he really really really likes me ALOT.. No, im not kembanging my own oredi big ass but tats a fact. I dont feel funny walking side by side with his dad and had conversation about work and school. heh. To add to it, his dad is a humorous person.
In short, it was a fun, sweet and definitely the beginning to many2 more family dinners .. ehem ehem.. So friday nite was my turn.. monday afternoon will be baby's turn.. lolz.. I know baby kinda worried just a lil, wondering what kinda questions my dad will ask. Tu pun my baby nak step maintain dont wna admit.. hurhur.. No matter wat, i know baby will do more than just fine.. Especially after knowing dat my dad dah super excited to meet up with him and has promised me no "funny" qns.. haha.. sayang my ayah!
N tat friday nite, baby mati2 wna bring me to meet up his frens.. Since the place was nearby.. i went along with his idea. Yeah, got a few smiles from his frens when they saw me in baju kurung.. haha.. im a lady with classy good taste.
Well that was on a friday nite..
Juz now, i went JB with baby.. kinda draggie haf to sit through the damn long journey coz we used 2nd link.. but hey, tat's better than to get stuck in traffic jam rite? So off we went searching the sushi place to eat.. and baby, being the smarter significant other, said that Giant has a sushi place.. n me being the 0k0k gf.. main ikut je.. Padanlah muka kite kena stuck kat Giant coz hujan lebat and baby parked his whitey like beribu batu away.. N knowing us, we wont even wna get ourselves wet, so we bought an umbrella at Giant.. when we got back to whitey, we went straight to angsana.. no no.. no sushi place still.. but Kenny Rogers was freaking good too.. but not as good as sushi at City Plaza, but the choc brownie i got makes my lunch cum dinner absolutely perfect..
Ooh btw, i bought my kain raya already.. Baby chose it for me.. Pandai pilih jugak, matair aku ni.. even ibu was impressed too. N he is definitely a good bargainer.. amazed by him lah. Me nak tawar satu dollar pun malu-malu.(tat was like during JC where i bought this sling bag at Queensway and managed to tawar 2bucks for it. Tu pun mcm achievement paling besar dalam dunia).. Aniway muka baby maintain je all the way.. Apek pun boleh jadi bestfren dia..haha.. So i got the kain and i bought a shoe too. And i swear its the pweetiest sweet and simple looking shoe.. Best seh shopping with baby.. And like alwys, my day will always ends with me getting what i want. yeay..

And today, we found out that we both agree on something significant.. which is - its the little thing that symbolises something big.
